Mommom's Bakery was recently founded by Linda Goodliffe and her Mom, Susan Goodliffe (pictured here baking with two of her grandchildren). Baking has been an expression of love in our family for generations, and we're thrilled to be able to share that love with you. Family recipes we still bake go back well over 100 years to Germany, Austria, and Hungary.
When we say our food is wholesome, what we mean is that it hearkens back to the days of our family farm when great-grandmom used to bake for family and friends with what they grew on the farm. We never use trans fats, preservatives, bleached or bromated flour, or anything artificial.
Each of us has been experimenting in the kitchen for as long as we could reach the counter. There has been buttercream on the ceiling, and there have been cheesecake volcanoes in the oven, but the ultimate result is always something mouth watering and special. We bake in a local commercial kitchen that is regularly inspected and licensed, and our bakery has passed an inspection by the Department of Agriculture. We are committed to serving the best products we possibly can.
