We understand the need to reduce sugar intake for people with all kinds of concerns, so we offer a sugar free option for most of our pies, cupcakes, cakes, and muffins. We use Whole Earth's stevia and monk fruit blend, which is a lot more expensive than sugar, so we only make sugar free baked fare when requested. We never use anything artificial, and this applies to sweeteners we use.
We plan to be able to offer these upon request, and we will have a vegan veggie pot pie available after the holidays for regular order. We are a new bakery, so we need a little more time to work these out. With this said, Linda has just about figured out how to make vegan pie crust without using trans fats, and this is one of the few places you'll find that. We're working on it!
